ABOUT OUR CYCLE HIRE AND DELIVERY
Relax and enjoy!
We started out with just an idea, being keen amateur cyclists who love exploring, especially on two wheels. Having experienced first hand, the ease and simplicity of having bicycles delivered to us on short breaks outside of the UK, we felt compelled to share that same experience, here in gorgeous Norfolk.
No worrying about fitting cycle carriers to your vehicle, nor collecting cycles from fixed hire shops. We will bring the bike to your chosen location so you are free to really enjoy your break.
HOW IT WORKS
What to expect when you book...
Contact us with your hire requirements via our online form, email, text or telephone.
We will check our availability, and send across an invoice for booking payment, once paid your reservation will be made. **Our prices are detailed below the enquiry form.**

We will aim to deliver your bikes around 8am on the first day of hire, and collect around 8am on the last day of hire.
​
Where possible, we will make contactless delivery, and leave the bikes locked in the garden, campsite, hotel grounds etc.
We ask you to leave the bikes in the same manner for our collection at the end of the hire.

OUR PRODUCTS
QUALITY ADULT HYBRID BICYCLES
Comfortable Raleigh Hybrid bicycles, in crossbar or step-thru frames.
​
Our bikes are suitable for paved surfaces, roads and light trails - but not uneven and muddy surfaces.
​
We offer daily, multiple day, weekly hire or longer on all of our bicycles, please contact us to arrange your hire, prices are listed below our enquiry form.

CHILDRENS BICYCLES
We can accomodate Children with a range of bicycles, please let us know your child's age and height when booking, so we can ensure your little one has the correct size bicycle.
There are also a limited stock of doggy trailers, suitable for small dogs up to 30kg in weight.
REAR MOUNTED CHILD SEATS mean that all the family are catered for, allowing you to take small children up to 22kg in weight on your adventure.

We also have a small number of CHILD TRAILERS suitable for up to 2 little ones, with a maximum total weight limit of 45 kg / 100 lbs. (Aged 18 months and over)
​
TAG-A-LONG TRAILER also now available - 16 inch wheel, suitable for less confident children - this can be attached to an adult bicycle.
ACCESSORIES
WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED?
With every hire, we include drop off and collection to your chosen location, for a stress free experience.

Helmets, locks and lights with each bicycle hired.
​
Most adult bicycles are all fitted with Pannier Racks, allowing you to take a picnic / spare jumper or whatever you choose along with you.
​
We can provide pannier bags, please let us know if you require one when you book.
E-Bikes now available for hire!!
We are happy to announce that we now have a limited number of Adult E-bikes available for hire!!

Wheel Travel was established with the idea to bring a quality Bicycle Delivery and Hire Service to the local area, taking away all the stresses of bike racks, collection and transport from our customers - truly allowing you to relax - after all that is what a short break is all about!

Bicycles and Helmets are sanitised between customers, and staff wear disposable gloves when delivering and collecting, to and from customers.

Contactless drop offs to minimise face to face contact is preferred, but where this is not possible, social distancing is maintained and all drop offs are carried out outdoors, reducing the risk of transmission.

All communications are made via email / telephone, and all payments are made using our online invoicing system.

We are conscious of keeping our distance from customers at all times, so please help us keep each other safe, and please keep your distance if face to face drop off and collection are necessary.
